Melanie Carlson PT-A

Melanie experienced a variety of career paths, starting in culinary school before transitioning to hospitality, and eventually caregiving. She became interested in physical therapy through her caregiving job, wanting to help people improve and regain mobility.

Melanie received her associate’s degree in physical therapy in 2024 through PIMA Medical Institute in Seattle.

During her third clinical rotation in school, she fell in love with pediatric physical therapy, excited to be able to work and play with kids and watch them meet their goals. She has worked in the pediatric setting for over a year.

In her free time she loves to cook, play guitar, and play card games with family and friends.
